Use of Social Media for Stonehill Graduation

Every week I usually get some type of notification on Facebook for some type of Event. I think a very good way to get Stonehill's graduation known to people is to put it onto Facebook and invite people to come. In the group, it gives the invited people the option to say whether they are attending, not attending, or unsure of whether that are attending the ceremony. This is the quickest and easiest way to get an event known and to know how many and who will attend the specific event. Using #StonehillGraduation on twitter/instagram can also give people a decent idea as to who will attend the event as people can search that on the social media filter to see what people are saying about that event. Social Media plays a key part in allowing people to make plans for events and it allows people to hear about things they would like to attend.
